PISTON

Rear wheel piston,
Arms wide eagle,
On throttle, brake, and clutch.
Competition in every mystery,
Like creating a rush.
Colorful in the right places,
Skin punctuated for the perfect spark.
Like tattoos were spinning in from everywhere,
The exotica keeps us from the dark.

Mighty V-twin,
Thunder for dreaming,
Saw the mountain for a view,
The valley is held by the heathen.

Cycle plow is on the lawn,
By a blue jean legged rider,
Keep those knees on the tank,
Jammed roads aren't caring.

Never burned or cut,
Where did the tour lead?
Directly to your angel tight hug,
The place I'll always be.
